Two and a half years after they first met, on a planned a weekend getaway to Michigan, Teddy proposed to Anne with his great grandmother’s 100-year-old engagement ring. And the most special part of all; Anne and Teddy settled on June 24th, 2017 – the same day as Teddy’s grandparents’ and great-grandparents’
Anne chose a stunning, classic silk crepe gown by Vera Wang that was sophisticated and elegant, and the bridesmaids chose their own rich navy blue dresses that contrasted beautifully with the white roses, lisianthus, sweet peas. It was a perfect mix for a gorgeous mountain setting complete with the bright blue skies and early summer snow-capped mountains.
A seven-piece band kept the dance floor full all night, and Teddy sang the first song, ‘I Saw Her Standing There’ by the Beatles.
The day was beautiful all around, and it was so much fun to see all these loving family and friends celebrate the happy couple’s new life in the amazing mountain air.
It was an honor to be part of your beautiful day and I’m so excited to see your wedding featured on Brides.
